You can make better donuts than you’ve had at any shop! This recipe does involve frying - not baking - the donuts. You’ll soon agree…there’s no better donut than fried donuts. Through the video tutorials I will hold your hand throughout the entire process. A decade of vegan baking and six years of running a vegan bakery in three different cities has brought me here. I developed a lot of recipes for my bakery, Prairie Vegan Pies. But I can confidently say the yeast donut is the best of them all. While the name of the business says “Pies”, of all the bakes I made the vegan yeast donuts were the most popular. They would always sell out wherever they appeared, whether at early morning farmers markets, late night events, or at the coffee shops we partnered with over the years. When my family made the decision to move to Norway I could not let this incredible recipe sit on a shelf. I knew I had to find a way to keep the donuts going. Whether you got them as a regular when we were open or you never got the chance to try them: I want everyone to enjoy our delicious vegan donuts. That is why I created this course for you! This course is beginner-friendly. No special equipment needed. No unusual ingredients. This is a butter-free recipe; you'll be able to easily find everything you need. There's step-by-step video tutorials so you can see what the dough looks like at each step. As well as a recipe handbook detailing everything you need to know with lots of tips along the way. I've broken up the process into three sections so you don't have to do all of the steps from start to finish in one go. You can break up the steps. At the end you’ll know how to make incredible donuts whenever you want them!
