I have fallen in love with Scandinavian Baking.❤️When my family moved to Norway I noticed bakes in the shops I don't often see outside of Scandinavia. Though most of the time these treats are not vegan.

I wanted my family to still participate in the Scandinavian traditions while upholding our vegan beliefs. However, I was unable to find quality vegan recipes. So I set about to create vegan versions of these desserts, with my Norwegian side of the family taste testing for authenticity. I believe they represent not just vegan version of treats they know and love, but will yield results that can rival any version, vegan or not. I’m excited to share these recipes with you!

Inside, you’ll make:

More recipes to come! If you get the guide now you'll receive any additional recipes and updates for free by e-mail (so make sure to include a valid email when purchasing). Lifetime access means a lifetime of delicious vegan treats!

I have included instructions on how to make all of the recipes by hand and by mixer. A stand mixer helps, but is certainly not necessary. I have tested every recipe making by hand and while it only adds a little bit more time, the bakes come out beautifully! Though I would strongly recommend a hand mixer or electric whisk to make the vegan whipped cream.
